Help with multi character shortcuts

I use 99% multi character shortcuts. Ive been looking for "OPEN" in an assembly (in customize user commands), but i cant find it. Does anyone know where i can set a shortcut for "OPEN"- to open a part in an assembly?
Anyone?

Best thing to do would be to reset inventor to default as it's on my menu.

James Smith got 3 different installs of inventor at work and at home, cant fint "open part" in the "customize user command" window.
