Help with modelling surface

Hello, i need to do that surface on a bass, someone can help me? i have attached the igs file

First you didn't provide an IGES file but a Inventor part file.    Did you mean to post an iges file?

Also when posting and sharing files you should always indicate what version of Inventor you're using.  In your case its Inventor 2017 with no updates.

Next thing..  Its missing the NTB5 drawing which is causing other issues within your model.  Please provide that.

Update:  One more thing..  Your image is a little small and its a little hard to determine how the surfaces blend together at the scale.  Can you provide additional images showing how they are blended?
