Help with lofting creating undercut

I'm trying to design this part for injection molding, however when I do the lofted features, its bulging inward, creating a portion that is undercut. Also I need help with the seams on the side.

Your sketches are not fully defined, and due to some mis-alignments, this could be part of your issue. Go back through all sketches and make sure you have all you circles defined. Are they supposed to be concentric or not, if they are, but are off in the sketch you will get unexpected results. Hope that helps get you started in the right direction.

Also, the flat in the middle, are the edges supposed to be seen on the outside as they appear? If not, maybe reconsider the order of features and rethink that extrusion to get it to blend in with the ID of your part.

Thank you for your response. I'll go back and redefine everything. I don't want those edges to appear on the outsides... I want the two sections to loft based off that slanted flat though. Any ideas on how to rework that?

Fully defined the circles and its still curving inward during the loft. Do I need to add a rail or something to keep it straight?

You can simplify you loft as being something like what is below. Then add the middle baffle to it.

Done. Thanks! Very simple, I was just overthinking it.
