Help with lofted flange?

I am forming a lofted flange from sheet metal and I am wondering if there is a better way to go about it than my current approach. The problem I am having is the curved shape at the bottom, which I have created with a cut extrusion, as when it comes to creating the flat pattern the edges are chamfered. Please help.

Hi!

Is easy. Use Sheet Metal CUT and able the option "Cut across bends".

Notes:

Be careful where you fix the circle sketc.

I use mirror, but often is not  a good idea to use that in sheet metal features.

Check the attached file for clear any doubt.

Many thanks. I'm slightly new to Inventor, so am having some trouble in following what you've done to acheive this. Any chance you can give me a quick walkthrough? It would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
