This is now happened on two different assemblies. I was using the half view function on an assembly to view an interior part, then went to another page to edit a part. When I came back to the assembly, the half view is saved and I cannot save it as whole again. When I save it, it will reappear with the half view cut out of it.
How do i correct this. It is getting aggravating.

When you did this, did you happen to be in an open View Rep? If so, your half view probaly got saved to that view rep. Try opening the Master view rep, or creating a new one and see what happens.

How about just using the End Section View tool (right below the Half Section View tool)?

still waiting for a foreshortened radius dimensioning tool in Drawing Manager
We setup a custom User Command box and only had the half view and just clicked done or cancel when finished to retreat back to complete solid. Just added the end sectioon view to my box and got it back working.
I'll tell everybody to add it.
Thanks
