Green icon?

What is the meaning of this green icon within Inventor 2009 browser?

it means the part is not enabled, RMB on the part and enable it

"Enable"

also its RMB (right mouse button)
not RMC (right mouse click)

acording to wikipedia which everyone knows CAN NOT BE QUESTIONED!
