Getting rid of units in iproperties

I am trying to figure out how to get rid of the units in the thickness I have set up in iproperties.  The thickness is linked to the part number of the material I am using and I don't need the inch tied to the thickness.  Any thoughts on how to get rid of the inch in the thickness?

Thickness is an exported parameter so go back to the parameter editor and right click the parameter value to bring up the custom property format dialog and un tick unit string. See post here.

Custom property format; clear Units String check box. The thickness parameter needs to have Export Parameter checked. See below.

Sometimes you just need a good old reboot.

Is it possible to do the same thing for all members in a frame gen assembly, without going to each one to do the change

@abdul_alrash

Welcome to the forum.  There might be a way to do this with some programming and customization.  I recommend posting a new question about this in the Inventor Programming forum, and see if the experts there can help you.  Good luck!
