General note - annotate

Hi

At IPT file when adding general note(from annotate tab) we need to select where to locate the notes (top right / top left / bottom right /bottom left) after adding the text I can edit the text from Edit in the browser , How can I edit the the location ?

move it from left top to bottom right from example (without create a new note)
