Gap filling

In the attached file, is there a way to fill the gap in the part to let it smooth as in the whole part.

There appears to be a microscopic gap between Extrusion6 and Revolution1.

Work Plane8 is not needed and Sketch13 should have been on the end of the part.

Hi! Here is a quick 10-minute attempt (see attached file). There should be a better way to do it.
