Full parts list of an assembly with another assembly within it

I am drawing a pipeline, I have made each spool as a part then added the flanges within a new assembly, then i place that assembly with all the other assemblies to create the pipeline, however when i do the parts list it only shows each spool and not all the parts from the individual assembly. 

I was wondering if there is a way to pull through the parts list for all of the assemblies

If you select "Parts only" when placing a Parts List for the first time in the drawing - you will get an option to show Parts Only in the PL. Just as it is shown on the attached image.
