Hello,
I am trying to use freeform to form a part like this:
But, when i click "finish freeform, the part looks like this (as it was before i made the change):
What do I need to do to make this change show in the model after i finish freeform?
Thanks 🙂

The Freeform shape you created just becomes a surface when you exit the freeform editing environment. You need to incorporate that new surface into the body. However, the freeform shape you created doesn't fit the original face you selected for conversion. Note how the edges "pull away" from the selected surface shape:
You can make the difference less by increasing the number of faces, but there's a better option.
If you use "Curvature", then you'll get the correct freeform shape edges:
Edit the Freeform surface into the required dished-shape, then exit the Freeform editing.
Use "Replace Face" (from the "Surface" panel):
And the result should be the shape you wanted:
Thank you! I tried to do that now, but I get this this error when replacing face. Any ideas?
That doesn't look like the same model, and unfortunately, I can't diagnose a screenshot 😞
Yes, its another part I made just to test out this. The part is attached now 🙂
Ah... in this instance, Delete the original face, then stitch the remaining faces together:
Now "Stitch" your resulting two surfaces back into a solid:
The same process would work for your original model if you'd deleted the flat circular face, then stitched the (correctly shaped) Freeform to what was left of the solid body.
Welcome to the fun of surface/solid modelling!
