@Anonymous

Can you show us the screen shot of the member selection you have.  Also is this structure from the installed content center library or some custom CC library you created.

You may also want to learn how to use Windows snippet tools and not use your phone camera to take screenshots.

1.) Check that your Application Settings>File: is pointing to the correct location.

2.) Check that your Project File is pointing to the correct location (default) will use the Application settings.

3.) Check that you have access to the CC files and the correct Libraries are selectedCapture4.JPGCapture5.JPGCapture6.JPG

Hi! The images indicate you have installed Inventor 2019 CC Libraries in a custom folder, not in a default folder. Inventor 2016 cannot read 2019 CC Libraries. It is a bit confusing to me. Is this about Inventor 2016? Or, Inventor 2019? Are you using Inventor 2016 to read 2019 CC Libraries?

Many thanks!

I thought it was some bug in 2016, so i uninstall and redownload 2019
instead. The error is still the same though. I'm new to inventor, sorry
incase this is a stupid question.

Hi! There are no stupid questions. We need to understand what exactly happened in order to provide the best guidance. We are here to learn and help. It does not matter if you are a new user or a seasoned user.

So, you have installed Inventor 2019. Do you mind telling me why you need to put the CC Libraries files in a custom folder under D:\Program\AutoCAD2015\? Couldn't you use the default folder (C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Inventor 2019\Content Center\Libraries\)?

Many thanks!
