Can someone please confirm that this is the correct behavior? I don't recall seeing this behavior before, but maybe it has always worked this way??? I was looking at this using Inventor 2015.
But instead of rotating the member, it rotates the offset as shown in this video.
What you're seeing is correct. Orientation is always based around the selected line and not based on the offset. Meaning they act independently of each other.

@Curtis_WaguespackSeeing the same behavior, but I have no idea if it's always done this. I've never had a reason to try before.

you were supposed to say that it worked the way I wanted it to.
Thanks for the replies, that helps me confirm that there was not a change that I was not aware of, and that it isworking as designed.
