Hello,

I am working on a project involving I-beams used as transportation beams, which include a half-ring shell section. Top of transportation beam has four lifting lugs.

I need to lift these beams using the lifting lugs to assess the amount of deformation that occurs. Given this scenario, I would like to know which type of analysis would be most appropriate. Should I perform a stress analysis using the static method, or is there a better alternative?

Give some steps how to analysis the beams.

Static should be enough.

As long as you set loads properly.
