folders are automatically created

Every time I create a new project, a few folders are automatically created. I want to stop these folders from being created automatically, and I've also noticed that the files that should be in the Content Center library are saved in my main folder.

I'm a SolidWorks user who is using Inventor for the first time, so please explain in as much detail as possible.

No, im not. I created all the drawings from zero

Can you post a screenshot of your project manager.

I believe there are project settings for templates

You might also need to point to a different folder in regards to where library parts are saved.

I believe your file locations are setup improperly.

You might need to reset it to defaults.

Inventor also use Project File to set file location:

Solidworks allow files anywhere on the computer.
