Flexible Sub in Master Assembly

Hi, the question I am here for, is:

I have Sub Assembly with some parts, placed at Master Assembly, in wich Sub is depicted as flexible to enable move of few parts inside the Sub from Master level. It works, but I would like to see the same movement as in Master Assembly, when I am entering Sub Assembly, unfortunatelly moved part is in different position in Master and Sub.

Please advise how to make this positions equal, still having posibillity of flexible feature from Master level?

I think that you would have to make the subassembly adaptive instead of flexible.  A subassembly can be flexible in any number of assemblies, so which assembly would drive the position of the subassembly?  But a subassembly can only be adaptive in one assembly, and the position of the subassembly changes accordingly.
