Wow!!, I don't know how Inventor thinks that flat pattern would create the shape you want.

I don't think that dome shape can be made from a simple flat sheet by folding. It looks like it needs some pressing or spinning operations.

That part is not bended, is form pressed, so you will not get the flat pattern using the traditional K Factor process.

Anyway, you can use the the unwrap tool to achieve an good approximation of the flat you need to produce that part:
