Fillets between two components

Hi,

I want to make a fillet between two parts in an assembly but i can't (see atached pictures)

Any clue in how to do this?

I think the best solution for this is to make a multibody.

You can proceed in many ways.

Even cut the part in the assembly at the part level copying the objects.

But, as Marco as correctly suggested, the multibody direction is the quickest and better.
