files outside of active project workspace

I did an update on my 2022 inventor and now i am getting those messages and my projects don't get updated 

I have assemblies that pull sub assemblies from different files in one folder and those don't get updated and I have to click the parts every time I open a assemble.

A Project file (*.ipj) is one small file.
