File Menu Frozen Inventor 2019

I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this, but after opening a recently closed file, I've had it where the File menu will not drop down when I click on it, although the tab itself does grey out after clicking on it as it usually would. I've not been able to repeat it, but it seems there may have been similar issues with the File menu crashing 2018 in the past.

As it hasn't crashed Inventor 2019, I didn't know where else to report this/if this is an isolated incident.

Hi! The behavior does not make sense. Some UI components are probably not installed properly. Please try two things. Go to All Programs -> Autodesk -> Autodesk Inventor Pro 2019 -> Tools -> Inventor Reset Utility -> reset it back to 2019. Does it work better now?

If it still does not work, go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Autodesk Inventor Pro 2019 -> right-click -> Uninstall/Change -> Repair Install. Does it work better now?

Were you able to run the Repair Install or Reset Utility to get the issue to go away?

You said it was hard to reproduce, if you can try recording a screencast to document the behavior for clarity that would be helpful.
