File corrupted? Drawing problem with parts not shown & hidden lines appearing

Hi!

I created an assembly where there was a pattern of a part and then I wanted to create the assembly drawing. However I found out that one of this patern part was was showing when it should be hidden in long line double short line and not being shown in views when it could be seen directly. I do not know the reason so I did a copy and deleted everything else. It kept doing.

Before anything else I want to make clear that I overcame this problem deleting the pattern, deleting the part and creating again. Then no more problems. I open this post because I would like to know the reason in case I have the same problem in the future and if there is an easier way to solve.

I send the part and assembly files. Just put the assembly in a drawing.

Thank you very much.

You could have been a bit more explicit but you really brought me to what was causing the problem.

Solution: Check what part is defined as referenced in BOM structure. Then right click on browser of the assembly and define as default.

Even a slight bit easier: you can change it right there in the BOM Manager by double clicking to edit, then choosing the BOM structure you want.
