Hello,
I am designing a mold assembly in Autocad Inventor 2014. When I go to do a final mold fill analysis I get the message "feed system is not up to date health". Does anyone know what the common causes are of this error and suggested solutions?
Can you attach the assembly here?
Long before you get into mold design you should understand that -
An assembly file (*.iam) is only a list of hyperlinks to the part files (*.ipt) and a record of assembly constraints (and a bit more).
You must include the part files.
First thing I noticed is that you did not attach all of the assembly.
Then I noticed that you have not installed all Service Packs and Updates for r2014.
And finally, I noticed that your INITIAL_MOLD.ipt file did not have a fully constrained Sketch1.
When I started to add dimensions it appeared that some dimensions had been deleted and others did not make logical sense when added.
I recommend starting here and then come back to this design -

I recently had this error message. The problem was that the Runner Sketch was referencing geometry that was no longer there. By editing the runner sketch, and ensuring that the sketch was healthy, this was resolved. I deleted all referenced geometry that was shown in Purple (i.e missing), and this resolved the error.
