Feature with Spherical Radius

I am creating a PART that has a feature with a spherical radius.  On one end of the part, the diameter of the cylinder is .31 however the spherical radius is .38. On the other end of the part, the diameter of the cylinder is .19 however the spherical radius of the end of the cylinder is .25. How do I add this rounded end to the flat surface of a cylindrical feature using Inventor Professional 2018?

Would this solve what you are trying to do? And then do a revolve?

You answer is to use create a spherical surface over the end of the rod and then use the Replace Face command.  This command is found on under the 3D Model tab, Surface panel.  You did not say if your shaft was stepped or tapered, I just made it tapered.  You also did not specify the length but the process is easily done on any shaft.  The result will not look at all like your pictures because the radius of the spherical surface is so much larger then the diameter of the shaft end.  I reduced one just to emphasis the process.  Take a look at the screencast.   The screen capture below is not the correct spherical radius, just an illustration.
