Fatal Error DBX cas4

Inventor Professional 2008 is loaded. After starting the program I receive this error - "Fatal Error DBX cas4" . It does not shut down the program but it does recycle the error message so I cannot access the program. Can anyone help?

That message means that an unauthorized module attempted to access the
RealDWG subsystem that Inventor uses to access .dwg files. I assume you
don't have any extra third party modules that could be causing this, so I
suspect one of the Inventor modules that talks to RealDWG is corrupted. You
should probably uninstall/reinstall, and make sure your Antivirus programs
are disabled during the install.

Did this happen the first time you started Inventor after the install, or
were you able to use it for awhile?
