Failed to insert the model in the IPN file

I have Inventor 2018. I try to create a IPN file and I get this message "Failed to insert the model. File does not include a valid model to be inserted in the IPN file.". Can somebody help me please? Thanks.

Never mind. My IPN template file was an old version. After I used the 2018 template file it worked.

I'm running Inventor 2020 Pro and am having this problem. On everything. All I get is "Failed to insert the model. The <MODEL NAME> file does not include a valid model to be inserted in the IPN file."

It is not an old template file. It is fresh from the install.

No. It's all 2020. I haven't loaded 2021 yet.
