Extruding an imported dxf

Looked around forums and no luck... Trying to extrude this design from an imported DXF. Have the endpoints constrained but still showing that there are no closed shapes. Any ideas?  I am using Inventor 2019 on Windows

Here is the file. For some reason, it wouldn't let me post it here. (It said "The attachment's design.dxf content type (application/x-dxf) does not match its file extension and has been removed."
