CAN ANYONE GIVE ME AN ORIENTATION ON THE BEST WAY TO EXTRUDE A PIECE WITH AN ANGLE OF 70º IN THE DIRECTION OF THE RED ARROWS?

Sweep is one way.  This requires defining the path to explicitly set the direction.

Hi! Or, Ruled Surface. You can select the edges and set a protruding direction (parallel to the frame). Lastly, thicken the surface as a solid.
