Extension Line Break Gap

I did a search but didn't find anything that covered my question.  I would like to increase the gap used when an extension line is "broken" around text.  I can't find where that is set in Inventor 2012

We have no option to control the break around the text. Only the gap C in the dimension style seems to influence that. Please see attached image. We have a wishlist item logged to our development team to have a separate option for controlling the text break.
