exporting multi unit dimensions from idw to AutoCAD dwg

I have an issue with exporting idw to AutoCAD files. When  x mm [1/8 in] dimension is used in a drawing the AutoCAD drawing has the correct dimension style, however somewhere in the translation the inch value is specified as a bit of text on the end of the dimension. The issue that brought this to my attention is that occasionally it rounds down, some times and 1/8 sometimes 1/256, etc. So far its always down.

An example is 102 mm [4] becomes 102 mm[3 7/8]. In an ironic twist the model dimension is actually 4, we are rounding up from 101.6mm to get 102mm.

Also I experience this issue when we break views. That I understand because the dimension would no longer have a reference point. This confuses me because if we change the dimension style to something else then back we get the correct number, although there is an  mm[3 7/8] stuck on the end.

Any thoughts as to what setting could be changed or looked at?

Hi! This might be related to the Dim Style in the Inventor drawing. Could you attach an example here or send it to me directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com)?

Many thanks!
