Export working points to GLB file

I want to export an .ipt model including the workingpoints into a .GLB file
How can I do that?

Now I need to add the working points manually in Blender. 
The .glb file with the working points are required for a web application.

Try first exporting to .obj format and then importing that in Blender. Maybe working points could also use a small placeholder geometry at their location.

I can add surfaces on the part and see them in the browsers under "surface bodies"
Why Can't I see the working points under the surface bodies? That would be the solution!
