Export Weldment assembly to DWFx

Hello.

I have noticed, that there is an issue with exporting welded assemblies to DWFx - both manually and trough Vault. We work a lot on welded assemblies and unfortunately Inventor have problem with exporting machined welds to DWFx. Take a look on example attached - .IAM file is properly machined, but file exported to DWFx behaves lile no welds were machined at all.

This is how .iam file looks in inventor

IAM file.png

And this is DWFx file exported from IAM above.

I tried to change export settings in Inventor and Vault but i gave up.

Does anyone know how to make it work or do I have to wait for update?

Hi! The behavior does not look right. It is as if the machining features were ignored. This could be a file specific issue. I tried a very simple example and it seemed to work fine. Please share the files  in zip here or send it to me directly johnson.shiue@autodesk.com. There could be some sort of corruption.

Many thanks!
