EXPORT TO DWG 1:1 mm

We normally use imperial system in our drawings, now we're working with a customer in Mexico who is asking to export our drawings to dwg but they need them to be in full scale. The thing is that once we export our drawings 1:1 in the .DWG is 1:1 in inches, not in mm. I know we can scale the drawings in AutoCAD but they're 20 drawings with at least 10 views in each one, but I was wondering if there is a way we can export 1:1 in mm, is there a configuration in the drawing for that?

1:1 in mm is 1:1 in Inch.  No scaling required.

The different is unit setting in AutoCAD.

No, when exporting to AutoCAD a 3048 mm is actually 120 units in AutoCAD. I need Inventor to export it directly to 3048 units in AutoCAD

When you use Autodesk Inventor in the imperial system, it automatically saves your files in inches for DWG format. If you want to change it to millimeters, you have to adjust your document settings. Another way is to create an Add-In tool or i-logic rule that changes it automatically. This saves time, especially if you have many files you can batch export. Hi! I suspect the MEASUREMENT variable in the dwg file is set to 0. Set it to 1 so that the measurement is in sync with the geometry.
