Excel tables are not shown when exporting .idw to .pdf.

Good afternoon,
I am preparing a work for my students in Inventor 2018 and I have a Bill of material executed in excel, I past special in IDW and it stays as I want graphically. The worst happens when I export to pdf the above excel collation is not visible in pdf.
I know that the topic has been debated in previous posts but I confess not having understood anything.
My software is educational, I do not know if I have any restrictions.

How about print to Microsoft PDF printer? Does it works?

is your BOM in Excel file .xlsx ?

Try to link the Excel BOM with a .xls file

Yes, but I only can see the format size A4 & A3 how can I configure other sizes?

I use Soda pdf but the size is bigger
