I got an error message when opening a file.
Please, can anyone guide me on how to eliminate that error?

That error stems from the assembly being unable to find the referenced file.
That could be due to a deletion, a rename or moving the assembly into a project folder where it might not be able to look in referenced folders.
Right click the assembly and resolve file
