Anyone knows how can I acheive a filled surface in inventor, I'm trying to assemble an elliptical tank,

All I managed to get so far is a 3d bent extrusion to get that "Depth", any ideas how to assemble/model it better?

Hi! Without seeing the actual Inventor file, all I can say is, yes, Inventor can create the geometry but it depends on the accuracy and design intent. You could use 3D Sketch -> Project to Nearest Point or Wrap (if the faces are cylindrical). Then use Split command and select the 3D Sketch to split the faces. Lastly, thicken the split faces.

Please attach your attempt here so forum experts can comment further.

Many thanks!
