EDIT OR DELETE HATCH IN A SKETCH

I am using Inventor Pro 2019 and am unable to edit or delete the hatch pattern in a .dwg sketch. I would like to delete the hatch pattern without deleting the sketch and at other times I would like to be able to edit the hatch properties, such as angle, scale or hatch pattern type. I have tried solutions posted by other users, but the functionality to do this seems to have disappeared since earlier versions.

Anyone able to help?

Edit the hatch and then select None in the dropdown list.

Hope it helps!

Hi! Please take a look at Xun's reply. If it does not work for you, please share an example here. There should be a logical reason to explain the behavior.

Many thanks!

Hi! If possible, please share the drawing file here. I would like to understand the hatching behavior better.

Many thanks!

This a real flaw in the software. It should be as simple as highlighting the hatch pattern and then hitting the Delete button on my keyboard.
My system doesn't even show an option for None.

I agree that it's not as intuitive as it ought to be, but it works on my system.  What version of Inventor are you using, and what updates have you applied to it?
