I am following the tutorial by @JDMather 

The subject is Dynamic Simulation, arbor press  example

I have downloaded files from https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor/troubleshooting/caas/downloads/content/inventor-2015...

The reason for downloading from this source is because this is the only link for downloadable files I have seen in this tutorials

There is difference between  constrains in downloadable files and constrains in the web tutorial.

That is simply a Mate with Limits.

Resting Position 2" from table.

I recommend deleting all of the assembly constraints and then putting in your own - that way you have a full understanding of the assembly.  You develop supreme confidence in your techniques.
