DXF Translator not working on Win10

I have Inventor 2016 installed in Win 10. I'm trying to save a drawing as DXF, but I get the following error:

2d Translator not installed or registered!

When I check Tools-Addins the translator is loaded. I already reinstall Inventor and apparently noting helps.

Does anyone have an idea?

Please follow these steps.

1.  Exit Inventor.

2.  Hover over the Windows start button and type cmd (but do not hit an enter).

3.  When Command Prompt appears in the list, right mouse click on it and select Run as Admin.

4.  Navigate to C:\program files\Autodesk\Inventor 2016\Bin

5.  Type Inventor.exe /installl

6.  Wait a few minutess

7.  Launch Inventor again and try your process.
