DWF isometric font problem

I have tested three systems set up identically. (Inventor 2020, Vault Pro 2020, Windows 11.) Two are producing .dwf files with distorted text on isometric dimensions. (see scren shot below)  The third system functions correctly. Printing the below file results in unreadable results on some printers.

The results appear in any .dwf produced by 'save copy as' or vault visualization files.

I've run 'repair' on Design Review and Inventor.

All updates are installed.

I'm aware windows 11 isn't supported by Inventor 2020, but I'm stuck with it for a few months more.

Furthermore, I have attempted to upload the .dwfx file to this post, but I get an error:

  • The attachment's test.dwfx content type (model/vnd.dwfx+xps) does not match its file extension and has been removed.

Any guesses?

Hi! For this particular issue, I don't think the release matters. This has something to do with how iso dimensions are exported. Try a simple workflow to see if it works better. Instead of creating the iso dim in the drawing. Go to the Model and create a 3D dimension. Then in the drawing, retrieve the 3D dimension. Export it to dwf. Does it look nicer then?

Many thanks!

I don't believe the method used to create the dimension in the .idw is to blame. I've opened the same drawing in different machines and recieved different .dwfx results. But I'm having someone test your recommendation anyway.

Testing has shown the method of dimension creation in the .idw doesn't have an impact on the aberrant .dwf behavior.
