Drawing View Borders - Drawing Views not updating?

All of my drawing views now have a yellow border in the corners.  I don't remember this before downgrading to 2017.  

When I hover over the drawing feature tree, I can see each view is in a different completion percentage.  I have one view that has been stuck at 99% for 25 minutes.  I'm not even sure if these issues are related (found conflicting info with searching the forum)

Hi ToddPig,

I don't always see color correctly, but I think those are generally regarded as green rather then yellow. I only mention this because a search for "Autodesk Inventor Drawing View Yellow Corner" might not yield much.

If you right click the view, I think you'll be able to choose "Make View Precise".

Sorry, Green borders. I'm color deficient, so I asked a co-worker what color the borders were, but I guess I should've asked if he was also color deficient.

I'll search for "Green corners/borders"

The "Make Precise" option was only visible on 2 of my views, but grayed out. The "Make All Views Precise" was not grayed out, so I clicked it (on both views) both I did not notice a change.

I had the link you suggest already bookmarked, it's great.
