I'm not sure about which specific ISO standard the Inventor defaults use off the top of my head, but you do have the ability to go into the Styles Editor under the Manage tab while you have a drawing open to create your own standards that comply with the ISO you want to use. Then save that Drawing as a Template so all created drawings from that point use the same standards.
