Drawing - overlay view transparency

Hi,

For assembly instruction purposes I'm using the Overlay function in a drawing. When creating one, the part I intentionally gave a shaded view to show that it's the part that you need to mount next, becomes transparent for some reason (see red). The part also shows through the non-shaded parts of the assembly (see blue).

Is the any way to change this? If possible I'd like the part to be shaded and besides that, for the assembly to behave like it usually does. Maybe there's another way to achieve this?

Hi! I could be wrong but it looks like a bug to me. Have you installed the latest updates? If yes, please share the files here or send them to me directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I would like to understand the behavior better.

Thanks for you reply. This is they way I tried (and I tried alot of other options too, switching the base and the overlay view representations etc.). I always end up with this problem unfortunately.

And just for my information; in your opinion it is supposed to look like the picture below? Or is an overlay supposed to be seen over and through the base view parts? Which would make some sense actually (unfortunately for me) judging by the name 'overlay'
