Drawing logarithmic spiral / projecting on a sphere

I need a path on a sphere like on the image I attached (sphere_spiral) for the result similar to image called "gomb". The only problem, metric spiral or coil  / 3d helical curve path won't work because it doesn't end the result I need, because the lines are converging each other. So, I figured out I need a logarithmic spiral 2D sketch or maybe a sinusoidal path.

I need a path from the sphere's top center point to the bottom center point, projected to its surface with equal distance of lines. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance:

Zoltan

Will the instersection of a Helix (not spiral) and sphere give you the results you want?Helix Intersection.png

Yes, this is exactly that I wanted. Would you kindly share IPT file? Thank you very much!

I am using 2012 - you would not be able to open my file.

I created a Coil - Helix surface with a single line.
Then created 3D sketch Intersection of the sphere and helix.

Attampt to reproduce my feature tree from image and then post back if you have trouble (include attachment of your effort).

But, Zultan, I couldn't catch it. Would you please write the steps. I have similer problem, some thing like it as seen in the attachment. Indeed I wanted to make a spiral path or any thing helical or spiral to follow the shape and turns round the shape with 45 degrees a cut feature as yours.

Thanks

Sketch1 is not fully constrained - missing a Tangent constraint, a Horizontal constraint, and a dimension.

Sketch2 is not fully constrained and has arcs overlapping lines (not trimmed correctly).  I assume it is missing Tangents as well.

I can't figure out how this problem relates to the problem defined in the original thread post.

Is something like this what you are trying to create?

Yes Mather, that is what I want, but I couldn't find the overlaping curves rather than the others

Thank you Mather, but can I have the steps please?

Hello Mather,

I have done what you have told me but still not working. I tried to learn the intersection tool, but  couldn't know how to use this tool. May I ask how to use it
