drawing into manuals ??

I would like to put some drawings in Word or Power Point when I make
manuals.
I have a hard time to get a nice crisp looking into a Word Document. The
lines always seem very fuzzy or jagged.
How do some of you people do it.

thanks in advance

We use Adobe's Indesign, allows for the placement of PDF's into documents.
This way we can print hi-quality PDF's and crop/scale into our
manuals/brochures.

That was an interesting read but it still doesn't solve my problem.
Before when I was using inventor 2008 and microsoft window 2003 I used to
save as dwg, open in autocad, copy from autocad and past to word or power
point.
And this worked for parts lists where I had exploded view with ballons and
teak trails.
But now with inventor 2009 and window 2007 I cannot get the same results.
Why would this be.
I find it odd that with all the manuals that have to be made that there
isn't an easy way to get a picture from idw to word or power point and still
get nice crisp lines.
