does not work Inventor

Good evening

I am attending a course to learn to Utilafe inventor, I use a HP 315 with Windows 10 and every now and then the program (inventor) does not start at double click, or rather.... part of the Logo start screen with the drawing and when it should open the program back On the desktop screen. What can I do to fix this problem?

What part is causing a crash?

Does the splash screen load?

Can you get to the home page?

Hi! Does it happen all the time or occasionally? If it is former, Inventor is probably not correctly installed. If is latter, it could be licensing related. What kind of license do you have? Do you have the right .Net version installed (Inventor 2019 needs .Net 4.7; 2018 needs 4.6).
