Does your operating system support it?  Inventor uses Windows system resources, so if Windows uses this card, so will Inventor.  How well Inventor uses it is a different question, but any NVIDIA GTX series card should do fine.  If your models are complex, you might consider one with more GRAM, though.

Yes. No problem with it. One of my friend use this card and also uses Inventor 2019 without any issue.

Inventor will pretty much take any GPU (within reason) they may just not appear on the validated list due there being too many SKUs of the same chip unlike quadros.

4GB of VRAM will be plenty unless you intend to go into many thousand part assemblies or run at 4K.
