documets icon preview disapeared

Hi, I could not see the preview of the drawing in any document of inventor. The icons shows only a box and not the drawing in miniature. The same happens with all my Autocad drawings. what can I do?

I've been having this problem since installing SP2 for Inventor 2012 with Windows 7 (32 Bit) I have noticed that more and more people are beginning to experience this.

BUT GOOD OLD AUTODESK will take fro ever to fix this problem as usual.

I didn't have any problem until yesterday, I don't know what I touched.
