Disassembly of the connection after creation of any type of bolt.

I have a steel connection, and it looks like normal in the next photo when I create a bolt.

But after pressing (Ok), the upper part of the connection moves down away from its place, and only a bolt is created in the lower part of the connection as per the next photos.

You have all the parts free in the space... so, when you apply tools, they can eventually move and make the tools fail.

 

First select one of the parts to be the model anchor (grounded) and then use constraints to constrain the parts with the anchor (and between other parts).

 

If you don't want to create constraints, at least you need to turn all parts grounded as the video below...
