Dimension Equation not equal to nominal

Coworker was using the offset command..

#1-The offset went the wrong direction (they clearly had the preview pulled larger than the source lines but the offset went in) 

BUT

#2-He entered .015 for the dimension and it somehow goes to .009 nominal?

How could that happen? I can/will get a screencast

Hi @mcgyvr ,

Does he have the Snap setting on in the sketch environment? (check the little horseshoe magnet button) 

I think this is the behavior that having snap on during the offset causes... you might recall a few postings about that issue on here in the past, maybe something to rule out at least.
