Deployment Package Error

I have repeatedly tried to create a deployment package for Inventor Pro 2017.  I keep getting error 2203.  When doing research I have learned this issue is due to permissions or a firewall/security application.  I have uninstalled all security software, turned off my firewall, and ensured that I had full permissions to the folder in which I am trying to create my deployment.  I still get this error!!!!  Can anyone give me any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

I assume you saw this and follow those steps..  Are you sure you have full control to the share location where this deployment is going to?

Yes. I even had the IT guy try it with no luck. I have been able to create it on an external drive which is not linked to the server so I believe my issue is server based. I just don't know what it could be if the permissions are not the issue. I was given a link to instructions on how to move it manually so I am going to try that but that still doesn't answer my question on what the real issue is. Below is the link I was given and the steps I am going to take:

Moving the file manually worked! Now to find out the real issue behind why the server will not allow me to create a deployment package!

  • Autodesk Inventor 2017 includes two new options in Deployment Mode:
    • Enable Design Collaboration.

Including Desktop Connect, Guided Tutorials, Inventor Connect and Configurator 360.

If you do not check this option during deployment, you may encounter an error when you try to use the related function in Inventor.

    • Enable update and communication channels from Autodesk

Including Communication Center, and Autodesk Exchange Apps.

Note: You can always control updates from Autodesk using the CAD Manager Tool, available from Tools and Utilities on the Installer.

To modify the option, Enable Design Collaboration, you must uninstall and then reinstall Autodesk Inventor through Add/Remove Program
